Full payment is required 28 days before your wedding date
A non refundable deposit of £50 is required to book your date
Vintage Wedding Cars Cambridge reserves the right if agreeable to the customer to provide alternative transport in the event of circumstances beyond our control that prevents us from using the car of first choice, we shall give notice of such event as soon as possible
If such a substitution (as stated above) were not possible, the liability of Vintage Wedding Cars Cambridge shall be strictly limited to the refund of the hire charge paid under the terms of the booking
In the event of the customer cancelling the booking within a month of the wedding date the full balance will be due
Safety of our passengers (and driver!) is of utmost importance, if weather conditions are deemed dangerous, particularly in the winter, then we reserve the right to modify or cancel the contract with a full refund
